Upon arrival at Verona Airport, you'll be transferred to the picturesque town of Glorenza, a journey of around 2.5 hours. Glorenza, located at 907 meters above sea level in the heart of the Venosta Valley, is renowned for its well-preserved medieval walls and is one of the smallest and most beautiful towns in South Tyrol. Before dinner, you’ll have time to prepare your bikes for the first ride of the tour.
We kick off the adventure with a giant—Passo Stelvio. This climb is an unforgettable challenge, with 48 hairpin bends, breathtaking alpine views, and a true test of endurance. After conquering the Stelvio, you'll enjoy a thrilling descent through Switzerland, taking on the gentler Resia Pass before returning to the hotel for a well-earned rest.

After two nights in Glorenza, we transfer to Bressanone. The ride covers a distance of 149 km with an ascent of 1,990 meters, passing through scenic rural landscapes and vineyards. A major highlight is the 20 km climb to Passo Giovo, where gradients range from 6% to 10%. The stunning views at the top make the effort worthwhile. We finish the day descending into Bressanone, a historic town known for its beautiful cathedral and lively atmosphere.

After two challenging days, a well-deserved rest awaits. You’ll have the chance to explore Bressanone, visit a famous local winery for a tasting, and stroll through this charming town. For those looking for more adventure, there’s an optional cable car ride to Plose for a stunning high-altitude trek.
Today’s ride takes you from Bressanone to the alpine town of Arabba. The highlight is the scenic and demanding climb up Passo delle Erbe, a 30 km ascent with gradients reaching up to 15%. The descent is technical and thrilling, leading you through Val Badia and picturesque valleys before arriving in Arabba. After a day of climbing, you can relax in the hotel’s spa and recharge for the next day's challenge.

This exhilarating loop stage begins in Arabba and takes you through four famous Dolomite passes: Campolongo, Gardena, Sella, and Pordoi. After completing the loop, you’ll return to Arabba, surrounded by majestic peaks.

MEET YOUR TOUR LEADER
Marco Marchese, our tour leader, has successfully combined his competitive background as a swimmer and triathlete with his professional training in the tourism sector. Born in 1968 in Italy, Marco graduated from the Technical Institute for Tourism and entered the field immediately after completing his studies, while also pursuing his passion for sports.
From 1977 to 1991, he was a competitive swimmer, reaching several finals at the Italian National Championships in the 200m breaststroke. From 1991 to 2002, he transitioned into triathlon, competing as part of the long-distance national team for several years and winning multiple medals at the Italian National Championships.
On this trip, Marco will be joined by fellow guides Luca Poltronieri and Christian Bonon.
