Start with a climb up to Deia, enjoy a late lunch, take in the spectacular views, and then return to your hotel. This is a perfect warm-up to get your legs moving and in shape.

Altitude Gain: 300 mBegin the day by heading out through Col de Soller and taking backroads to Alaro for morning coffee. Continue through Caimari for lunch and then climb up to Col de la Batalla. From here, ascend to the top of Puig Major, followed by an amazing descent into Soller. This 100 km route with 2,100m of altitude gain is varied and showcases the best sights in Mallorca.

Altitude Gain: 2,100 mEmbark on a guided ride to the Cap Formentor Lighthouse, including the ascent up Puig Major and the descent down Sa Calobra. Climb back from the coastal beach and stop for lunch in Lluc. From Lluc, enjoy a 50 km ride, mainly downhill, to the lighthouse. After a refreshing swim at Cap Formentor, you'll be driven back to Soller.

Altitude Gain: 2,400 mTake a recovery ride through Col de Soller out of the valley, head to Valldemossa for lunch, and then return to Soller via the scenic coast road through Deia.
